Training Purchase Policy
All CTREC Hilton IT Academy training products/services must be used within twelve months of the purchase date. CTREC Hilton IT Academy reserves the right to change course prices or modify schedules at any time; all modifications that impact enrolled students will be communicated via phone and email. CTREC Hilton IT Academy reserves the right to exclude students who, in our judgment, are disruptive or fail to make acceptable payment arrangements.
Payment in full must be received ten business days before your course begins. A student may provide a credit card to hold the class and deliver payment to the receptionist on the first day. If your company is responsible for your course fees, please ensure your payment request is processed in advance. Students who have not met the prepayment requirement will not be admitted unless their employer has established credit terms with CTREC Hilton IT Academy. There are no exceptions to our prepayment, change or cancellation policies.
CTREC Hilton IT Academy accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover, Diner's Club, American Express, money orders and company or personal checks. We will accept a purchase order only from companies who have established credit terms.
Cancellation and No Show Policy
Students may cancel a class without penalty up to 10 business days before the class start date. If you cancel without 10 days' notice, you must pay for the full amount of the class, with the option to send a substitute student in your place or reschedule the class at no additional fee within one year. If you are unable to reschedule the class or we no longer offer the class, no refund will be provided. Please notify us as soon as possible to reschedule a class.
Course Changes and Postponements
Class schedules and pricing are subject to change and we reserve the right to cancel or reschedule any class at any time. We will make a reasonable effort to notify you if your class is cancelled/rescheduled. CTREC Hilton IT Academy will not be responsible for travel, lodging, or other expenses in the event of a class cancellation/rescheduling.
Please check in for application classes by 8:30 a.m. and technical classes by 9:00 a.m. Class sessions begin promptly at 9:00 a.m. and end at 5:00 p.m. There will be two 15- minute breaks and a one-hour lunch.
Students who have not checked in or otherwise notified CTREC Hilton IT Academy will be deemed no-shows, and CTREC Hilton IT Academy reserves the right to reassign the available seat.
